Emilys finally letting this one out the bag - unbelievably delicious, beware these dont last long on a platter.
Ingredients
¼ cup Pumpkin seeds
¼ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup linseed
¾ cup Cornmeal flour
1tsp AM Blend
¼ cup Olive oil
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 110 Fan bake
- Mix all ingredients together
- Add boiling water slowly while mixing through
- Add a pinch of Cayenne pepper and or Rosemary
- Add salt and pepper
- Spread thinly over two non stick trays
- Bake for 1 hour and swap the trays over half way through.
