Ingredients

Heaped tsp AM powder

1/2 Cup hot water

1/2 cup of frothed Oat milk

½ tsp honey

tsp Cinnamon

Method
  1. Add one teaspoon to cup.
  2. Pour hot water over.
  3. Add your choice of milk (frothed is best)
  4. Stir well, Enjoy! It's that simple
