Peach syrup
- 3 cups water
- 2 peaches, sliced and stone removed
- ¼ cup honey or maple
Iced tea
- 4 tea bags (black or green)
- 5 cups boiling water
- 4-6 tsp AM Mushroom Blend
Make peach syrup by adding water measure, peach and honey/ maple to a pot on medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 15 minutes, crushing peach as it cooks down. Allow to cool. Make iced tea by combining tea bags and water to a large pitcher and allow to steep for 3-4 minutes, then remove tea bags, mix through mushroom powder and allow to cool. Once both mixtures are cool, strain peaches to make a syrup and add the syrup to the pitcher with iced tea (the leftover peach is delicious with yoghurt!). Mix to combine and store in the fridge. Serve over ice.
